We currently ship via DHL or J&T Express and are always trying to find the best, most cost-effective shipping options available for our customers.

Free shipping offers are only available to customers in Malaysia.

Shipping Fees

  • Peninsula Malaysia: RM7
  • East Malaysia: RM13
  • Free shipping for orders above RM90

 

Return Policy

Scentsbury is happy to accept returns of any unopened merchandise up to 15 days after it is received. Reach out to us via our contact page or email care@scentsbury.com to request a return authorization for any online order and include Return Authorization in the subject with the order number. Scentsbury is not responsible for lost returns. Proof of return is valid only when tracking says delivered to Scentsbury . We are unable to cover return shipping costs. Returns require proof of purchase (e.g. your order number, order confirmation email, store receipt). Refunds cover the cost of the item returned and do not include shipping fees.

If there is a problem with your order we would be happy to resolve within 15 days of receiving the item. Please email care@scentsbury.com with details regarding your order. If an item arrives damaged or defective, photographs of the items in question are required for any replacement or refund, so please be sure to include them in your email.
